Booking Process

Initial Enquiry

Pop me an email at hello@bysophieanna.com with your date and venue and I can check my availability. If you have an idea on the package you’d like, it’d be great to include that too!

Introductory Call

I LOVE chatting about all things weddings so we can arrange an introductory call, you can ask me any questions and I can hear all about your day!

Let’s make it formal

I require a 20% deposit to secure your date - this is non refundable but I’m happy to look at rescheduling if that’s ever needed. I also have an agreement which just outlines my services and T&Cs, once both these are received, that’s you all booked in!

It’s all in the details

Roughly 6-8 weeks before your date, I’ll send out your consultation form which just asks for timings and contact numbers and a booking link for us to arrange our final planning call. I know how busy it can get in the run up to your day so want to do everything I can to alleviate your anxieties!
